How to Reset your Password

The Forgot Password Page
If you've forgotten your Assessed login password, the best way to reset it is by using our forgot password page. This can be found on the main SSG account website.
Use the following link (https://account.ssg.co.uk/auth/forgot) or simply go to account.ssg.co.uk in your web browser. Once you have arrived at the main page, you will see a 'Forgot Password' option located in the top menu as shown below:
You will then be taken to a page where you will need to enter your email address associated with your Assessed login account. Please ensure that the email address you enter is the same one you used to sign up for your account.
Once your email address is entered, click on the 'Reset Password' button. This will generate a password reset link that will be sent to your email address.
Resetting your Password
After clicking on the 'Reset Password' button, you will receive an email with a password reset link. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.
When you receive the email, click on the password reset link. This will take you to a page where you can enter your new password. Create a strong and secure password and enter it into both the 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields.
Click on the 'Reset Password' button and your password will be successfully changed. You can now use your new password to login to your Assessed account.
